Despite your passion (and skill!) for training dogs, do you find that your income doesn't match the long hours and effort you're putting in?
Does imposter syndrome make you question whether you're truly cut out for running a successful dog training business?
Despite being a skilled dog trainer does the lack of business know how feel like its holding back your true potential?
What if your dog training business could finally pay you what you're worth AND give you your life back?
I'm Collette, and I've spent 8+ years in the dog training industry.
I have built two dog training businesses from scratch, to well over 5 figures.
In two separate countries.

I know what it's like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, and isolated in your business.
✖️ Working harder than ever. Getting incredible results for your clients, but not for your business.
✖️ Wondering if you’re even cut out for this. Questioning if it will even work long term.
✖️ Working long hours. 1-1s, classes, walks. Not to mention the admin… all while still just getting by.
But that all changed when I started working ON the business, not just IN it.
Started treating my business growth like I would treat a clients dog training journey.
That's exactly why we created the Mid-Wales Dog Pro Retreat.
Three days where you step away from the daily grind…
Actually work ON your business with people who understand what you're dealing with.
All in 15 acres of stunning Welsh countryside.
Last year it sold out.
✅ One left her 9-5 and went full time in her dog business
✅ One launched a brand new website and her first online courses adding £100s to her monthly revenue
✅ One became a Gundog Club Instructor and now trains alongside Collette!
✅ One set up her own dog walking field as a passive income stream and solved her staffing headaches overnight
✅ One organised her own client training groups right here at the retreat venue
That’s the power of working ON your business.
The power of having a proper strategy rather than just winging it.
So we are running it again this year on the 6-8th July!

Learn from 5+ industry experts covering crucial topics that will transform your business and mindset. From social media to accountancy, we have you covered.

Enjoy delicious, home-cooked lunches for three days, plus all-day refreshments with hot drinks, nibbles and even a BBQ. We cater to all dietary requirements!

Overcome self-doubt and build the confidence needed to thrive whilst getting tailored business strategy advice from Collette.

Unwind around the campfire after a day of learning with fellow trainers enjoying drinks, music and a BBQ!

Enhance your business’s image with five commercial-use photos from a 1-1 session with Dog Photographer, Darryl. These high-quality images will elevate your brand and attract more clients.

You will get plenty of free time to roam the grounds, take in the views and even train your dogs with your fellow trainers!

Enjoy free camping on our beautiful 15-acre fields. Enjoy the new shower/toilet block, and communal barn area equipped with fridge, freezer, sink, microwave and kettle. Plus pool/table tennis for relaxation.
(At an additional cost there are 2 stunning cottages and 2 touring caravans on site if camping is not for you.)

The grounds feature a mix of grassland and cover crops (depending on the season), two ponds including one for dogs to swim in and a fenced-off wildlife pond, plus two woods.

Our newly converted bright, versatile seminar room equipped with a full kitchen and beautiful balcony. Feel free to relax in here between talks!

We have two beautiful on site dog-friendly cottages available if camping isn’t your style. We also have a touring van and caravans available! Check the FAQ’s for further details.

"I'm Collette May. I started my first dog training business from scratch as a mum with zero experience, built it up from dog walking to classes, and eventually sold it. Now I run Completely Gundogs and Mid Wales Holidays, and I help dog trainers build businesses that actually work for them.”

”My passion lies in photographing gundogs, whether showcasing their elegance in the field or their unique personalities in the studio. I’ve been trained to recognise signs of stress in dogs, ensuring their welfare is always prioritised.
I encourage handlers to stay calm and relaxed, creating a positive experience for the dogs during every shoot.”

”I'm Aidan. I keep it simple. I help dog trainers cut their admin in half and build online income streams that work while they're training dogs.
I’m also the guy behind Dog Pro Solutions. Every advert you saw, this sales page you are currently reading and any email you receive were all done by me.”
